Store lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptides at −20°C or below. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, store at 4°C and use within 28–30 days.

Bacteriostatic water (0.9% benzyl alcohol) is standard for peptide reconstitution. Use appropriate volumes based on your required concentration — refer to published literature for specific protocols.

Due to the nature of research compounds (temperature-sensitive, once-opened), we cannot accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we will resolve the issue.
