Shipping Policy

UK Delivery

All orders are delivered via a tracked 2-day UK courier service. Orders placed before 2pm on a business day typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends/bank holidays, ship on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

Free tracked shipping on all orders over £50. Orders under £50 are charged a flat rate of £4.99 for tracked shipping. We do not offer untracked shipping.

Cold Chain

All temperature-sensitive compounds are packed with pharmaceutical-grade cold packs and insulated packaging. This ensures compound integrity from our storage facility to your door. Cold packs typically last 48–72 hours in transit.

Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked outer packaging. There is no indication of the sender, the contents, or any branding on the outside of the parcel. Products are securely packed inside to prevent damage during transit.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to monitor delivery via the courier's website.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will typically leave a card with re-delivery or collection instructions. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping (additional shipping charges may apply).
